All information provided on our website, including product descriptions, guides, and specifications, is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute professional advice. Customers should exercise their own judgment when making purchasing or operational decisions.

6. Products and Warranties
• All products sold on TechSpertz are covered by warranties as specified on the individual product pages.
• New products: Warranty periods commence from the date of delivery. Customers may report any issues during the warranty period for resolution.
• Used products: Warranty (if any) will be explicitly mentioned on the product page.
• PC builds: Custom PC builds are covered by a 1-year quality check warranty for work done by TechSpertz staff. Builds take 3–4 working days after payment clearance.
7. Orders, Payments, and Delivery
• TechSpertz operates online only and delivers nationwide across South Africa.
• Payment is accepted via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). Orders are processed only after funds have cleared.
• Delivery timelines are indicated per product and may vary; TechSpertz will provide tracking and updates where applicable.
8. Returns
• Returns are allowed within 7 working days from receipt of the product. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the condition, they were delivered.
• After the 7-day window, returns are only accepted if a valid product warranty applies, as specified on the product page.
• To initiate a return, customers must contact TechSpertz via email or phone.
9. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
• The website and all products are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, except those explicitly provided.
• TechSpertz will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, profits, or business opportunity.
• Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify TechSpertz, its employees, and agents from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the website or breach of these Terms.
