The Thermal Grizzly Minus Pad Extreme is an ultra high-performance thermal pad with excellent flexibility and very high thermal conductivity. It has a consistency similar to kneaded mass, which allows it to compensate for even the smallest differences in components and ensure optimal heat transfer. It can be easily fixed with minimal pressure.

General information
- Thermal Grizzly minus pad extreme is an extremely high-performance thermal pad that effectively fills gaps between a heat source and heat sink.
- It has 260% higher thermal conductivity than the minus pad 8, making it ideal for power-intensive applications like voltage converters and RAM. However, it’s recommended to use it only once due to strong plastic deformation. Even a slight contact pressure is enough for optimal mounting.
- Storage: Store it at room temperature in its original packaging.

The Thermal Grizzly Carbonaut pad is a carbon fiber thermal pad. It’s special developed polymer results in its flexibility and its soft ‘gap filler’ properties. The carbon fiber structure ensures excellent thermal conductivity. Thermal Grizzly Carbonaut is lightweight and reusable. In addition, Thermal Grizzly Carbonaut has a very high thermal conductivity even with very little contact pressure. Thermal Grizzly Carbonaut heat transfer performance always remains constant.
